The Poire William Pear is one of our most sophisticated single serving desserts. Molded from three ounces of our super premium vanilla ice cream, each comes with a Poire William liqueur center and a chocolate stem. The pear is about three inches long.

Bûche de Noël
The Bûche de Noël is our take on a traditional Holiday roll cake.
In our molded version, it’s all ice cream: a center layer in Vanilla, Amaretto or Coffee Ice Cream, surrounded by alternating layers of Dutch Chocolate Ice Cream and crushed cookie crumbs.
Finally, the log is dipped in a maple glaze, bringing out the texture and detail of the mold and adding our trademark tasty crunch to each slice cut from the dessert.
Contains three pints, is nine inches long and four inches wide, and serves six to eight people.
