We offer our strawberries in three delicious flavors for a year-round taste of summer. Try our luscious Strawberry Ice Cream strawberries with champagne for an elegant dessert. Our devilishly sweet Black Raspberry Ice Cream stands on its own. In Strawberry Sorbet these sweet treats match up ideally with our lemon Sorbet pears and our Passion Fruit Sorbet peaches – the three complementary shapes and flavors are a long running caterers’ favorite.

Mini Pears

Our Lemon Sorbet pears are a piquant refresher, perfect paired with our Mango Walnuts or our Passion Fruit Peaches for a tropical themed menu. Our Ginger Ice Cream Pears have a mild, sweet flavor, not unlike Thai Iced Tea, and they go great with Asian food. Our Amaretto Ice Cream pears are a festive almond treat whose rich flavor beautifully complements Italian food.

Mini Walnuts

We make our mini walnuts in four delicious flavors. In Maple Walnut Ice Cream, they look and taste just like the real thing. Black Walnuts are a delicacy, and in Chocolate Chocolate Chip (Dutch Cholcolate) Ice Cream, ours are a fitting tribute. Don’t want nuts? Try them in Coffee Ice Cream. Or our luscious, creamy textured Mango Sorbet.

Mini walnuts are about 1 inch high. We suggest 3 to 6 pieces per serving.
