We offer our strawberries in three delicious flavors for a year-round taste of summer. Try our luscious Strawberry Ice Cream strawberries with champagne for an elegant dessert. Our devilishly sweet Black Raspberry Ice Cream stands on its own. In Strawberry Sorbet these sweet treats match up ideally with our lemon Sorbet pears and our Passion Fruit Sorbet peaches – the three complementary shapes and flavors are a long running caterers’ favorite.

Served on their own as a plated item, three make a light yet satisfying dessert or intermezzo. They are also great as a passable dessert item.

Wedding Bells

With our bells, love rings out at any table, from the most elegant wedding banquet to the simplest dessert. The bell features on one side the relief of a knot, and cupid on the other.

Swans mate for life. Our elegant mold symbolizes romantic fidelity. Each swan serves one.

Hearts

For any occassion, from Valentine's day to weddings, or just to say I love you, our hearts can't be beat. Working from the same mold, we render our hearts in a full three-ounce version that's rounded front and back, or in a flat-bottomed half heart that will lie flat on a plate (as shown).

Half hearts contain 1.5 fluid ounces.
Whole hearts contain 3 fluid ounces.
Both are 3 inches long.
